Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the 'Complete Orders' link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
1.Does the ball return attach to the green?
Yes, it's attached at the top.
2.How can the mat be cleaned?
We recommend placing some weight on top and using a handheld vacuum for effective cleaning. Alternatively, you can roll it up and use an air compressor to blow off the dust.

This is really cool. My favorite thing about it is how compact it is when it’s rolled up. It’s very easy to roll up and put away when not in use, which is nice, because my wife doesn’t appreciate a 9 ft putting mat being out in the house all the time. The putting mat is nice and long, so it’s not too easy. As some have noted, the ball return doesn’t quite get the balls back to you, but it gets them close enough! The material feels thick enough that I’m confident that this will last. It’s been a blast so far. I’m really enjoying it!
This practice putting green is nice and long, and I like how it's marked every foot so you can accurately see how far you're putting from the cup. It was packaged well and the rug was rolled so that when it was unrolled it lies flat with no bumps. The instructions were clear and it's easily set up. Balls roll smoothly over the surface and the lines are very helpful in lining up the putter. The materials seem high quality and very durable. There are just a couple of things that are an annoyance. One is that the balls don't return fully from the ball return, they usually stop about mid way. I'm not sure if it's the seam where the return is put together that slows them down, or if it's just not enough of a slope to bring them all the way to the end. Also, the rug near the cups does not sit flat on mine. It's hard to see in the picture, but the edge has to curve up onto the side--this affects how the ball acts and sends the ball to the left. Other than those two things I really like it and I think we'll probably be having a family putt competition very soon.....(after I perfect my skills of course...)
Our household is very competitive. Especially when it comes to games like Cornhole, Ladder Golf, practicing chip shots that has evolved into a drinking game, putting accuracy, and just golf in general. My putting could always use some practice so I ordered this cool 9 foot putting green. Now I can practice anytime I want. Its super easy to put together. The green just rolls out, the ball return which I really like, snaps together easily. Less than 3 minutes and you're good to go. Portable so you can take it anywhere. My accuracy within 9 feet of the hole is on point. Anything 10 feet and beyond....well maybe they will make an extension for the green someday. Still its pretty fun and remember, practice makes perfect.
