1.  Can I cancel or adjust my order?

If you need to adjust or cancel your order, please contact us at support@ropoda.com. We will get back to you within 48 hours on weekdays.

2.  Can I change my delivery address of the paid order?

We can change the delivery address as long as your order has not been shipped. To request a change, please contact us at support@ropoda.com, and we will get back to you within 48 hours on weekdays.

3.  What payment methods can I use?

We accept PayPal and variety of credit cards.

 

Shipping

 

1. Where do you ship from?

We currently ship from the United States. 

2.  When will I receive my order?

The time frame of order delivery is divided into two parts:
Processing time: 2-5 business days
Shipping time: 3-7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

Product issue

 

1. What can I do if I’m unhappy with a product?

We hope you can have a delightful shopping experience, but unfortunately, we do not accept returns for products which are not broken or delivered incorrectly. After receiving your product, you have 30 days to return or exchange it. Please note that we currently do not offer gift exchanges.

2. My item is faulty, what should I do?

We are very sorry that your purchase has developed a fault. Please contact Ropoda at support@ropoda.com for further help, and we will get back to you within 48 hours on weekdays.

3. What do I need to do when I received a product that's different from what I ordered?

Sorry for the inconvenience! Please contact our customer support at support@ropoda.com.

4. The size of the product is not quite what I thought it would be, what should I do?

You may request a replacement if the product remains intact or request a return if that fails.

 

Warranty, Return & Refund

 

1. If the product was received as a gift, can I still contact customer service for assistance?

Yes, you can still call customer service if there is a problem with the product. Please provide the order number if available. If you don't have the order number, kindly provide the following details:
1. The box with the brand name.
2. An instruction manual with the brand name.
3. The product itself with the brand name.

2.  How long is the warranty period for Ropoda products? Is it still under warranty if I open it 1 year after purchase?

The warranty period of the product is generally 6 months. The period has already started to take effect when it is delivered, so unboxing the product after 1 year does not count as a warranty period.

3.  When will I receive a refund?

Just as fast as we can get it to you! Any credits on your account with us will be refunded promptly as soon as we have received and processed the return. Once we receive your return, we will process a refund within 14 business days to the original form of payment. Your bank may require additional time to post this transaction to your account. We’ll use the same method to refund the amount as you used when you placed the order. For example, if the order was paid by credit card, the money will be refunded to your credit card account.
