1. What is the return period for Ropoda products?
Items can be returned in its original condition for a full refund or replacement within 30 days of receipt.
2. Do I have to pay for the return shipping of Ropoda products?

The warranty period of the product is 6 months. The warranty period starts to take effect when it is delivered.

Ropoda's warranty applies in the following situations:

- Products are received with wrong specifications or quantities
- Damage caused by the manufacturer
Ropoda's warranty policy does not apply in the following situations:
- Damage caused by improper use
- Damage caused by natural disasters such as fire
