Return & Refund Policy


 
At Ropoda, we offer a 30-day return policy, allowing you to request a return within 30 days of receiving your item. Free exchanges or refunds are only applicable to wrong or defective items. Please note that a restocking fee may be applied to non-defective items.


To qualify for a full refund, the item must be in its original packaging, unworn or unused, with all tags attached. Additionally, you must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, please contact us at support@ropoda.com. If your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping label and detailed instructions on where and how to send the package. Kindly note that we cannot accept any items returned without prior authorization.
